We were lucky to be introduced to Thomas in 2022 after he shared this Sprouts Farmers Market haul that featured Brass Roots. Following his trip to Sprouts (one of our FAVORITE stores 🤩 ), we connected and immediately clicked on all things nutrition and Sacha Inchi.

Brass Roots: How important is fiber in our diet?
Thomas: I consider fiber to be the 2nd most important attribute to our diets outside of protein.

Thomas: Omega-3’s are very critical. I aim to consume at least 500mg daily.

DYK: Our bodies do best when we eat more in the morning than at night. By moving your snacks earlier in the day, you can prevent late night snacking.
