Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Flakes
- 1/3 Cup Sacha Inchi Butter *
- 3-4 TBSP Honey (Maple Syrup if vegan)
- 1 Tbsp Matcha Powder
*Feel free to use any of the three flavors! Unsweetened butter for a more mild flavor, classic for extra sweet, and chocolate for a matcha chocolate match made in heaven!
**Bites will keep in the fridge for up to a week and in the freezer for 3 months.
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until crumbly, but holding together when pressed.
- Roll or press ~1 Tbsp for each ball. Optional: Place on parchment paper lined plate/baking sheet and refrigerate to set.
