I was skeptical at first but the seeds have a great taste and I enjoy snaking on them. I love that they are high in fiber, fatty acids, and protein. I plan to buy more soon.
Tried them for the first time and found the flavors very good and a nice variety. They are a little drier than a fresh nut so, I enjoy them most with a beverage. All in all, I will order these again as they are a very healthy snack.

I read about this product on one of my YouTube personal trainer sites. It was recommended as being really healthy, and once I got my first order, I loved the crunchy and lightly salted flavor of these little guys. I keep them in the refrigerator, and like them better that way. Glad they are now a part of my regular food intake.
I had not properly anticipated the amount of fiber in this snack, I have to be careful about the time of day I eat them. Having said that, the flavors are wonderfully different from each other and the shipping had taken into consideration the chocolate and included a cold pack.

Love the nutritional value! So glad I found out about these, nutritional value is so much better than what was my go to for a quick and tasty snack. I have only tried the sweet and spicy and it is pretty dark tasty to my pallet, can't wait to try the other flavors.
Excellent flavor, these seeds help with my spine, was able to stop taking my prescription anti-inflammatory pills..had a nurse introduced me to these seeds a year ago, been eating every day since.

The snack packs are surprisingly large - definitely enough for two people to share as a snack. Great for taking on a trail or packing for lunch. I really love the taste of the seeds and the flavors and seasonings are just right. Will definitely buy again!
