Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sacha Inchi Butter
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 clove Garlic, grated
- 4 Salmon filets

For serving:
- Green onions for garnish
- 4 cups Broccoli, steamed
- 2 cups Rice, cooked
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except salmon in a small bowl, and mix with a fork until well combined.
- Gently spread 1 tbsp of the miso glaze onto the top of each salmon filet, fully covering each filet with the glaze.
- Spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick spray, then gently place each salmon filet into the air fryer basket (may have to cook in two batches for a small air fryer).
- Bake in the air fryer at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish salmon with green onions, and serve with desired sides!
Tip: If you have leftover Miso Glaze, you can add some warm water to thin and make a sauce to drizzle over the cooked salmon or sides.
