Green Bean Amandine (Nut Free!)

Ingredients
- 1lb Green Beans
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Sacha Inchi Seeds
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Heat your olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add your green beans and cook for about 7 minutes until they turn a bright green color and soften slightly.
- Add in sliced garlic and stir/toss to combine and cook for another minute or two. Add in the Sacha Inchi seeds and salt to taste.
- Remove from the heat, plate, and enjoy!
