Not only does it sound fancy thanks to the French word for almond, it only takes about 15 minutes to make and will elevate any meal with its bright green color! With four ingredients in this dish, you'll be making it every week 😉

Green Bean Amandine (Nut Free!)
- 1lb Green Beans
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Sacha Inchi Seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- Heat your olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add your green beans and cook for about 7 minutes until they turn a bright green color and soften slightly.
- Add in sliced garlic and stir/toss to combine and cook for another minute or two. Add in the Sacha Inchi seeds and salt to taste.
- Remove from the heat, plate, and enjoy!
