Ingredients

1 Tbsp butter or ghee

Ā½ apple, diced

Ā¼ onion, diced

2-3 celery stalks, diced

14 oz boxed stuffing mix (we used 2 bags of Aleia's GF mix and only 1 of the included seasoning packets!)

Ā¼ cup Sacha Inchi Seeds
-
Ā½ cup dried cranberriesĀ
-
Ā½ tsp ground sage
-
Ā¼ tsp dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

16-32oz broth*
Instructions:
SautƩ apple, onions and celery in a large pot until tender and starting to brown.
Turn the heat off and add the cranberries, Sacha Inchi Seeds, stuffing mix, and seasoning to the pot.Ā
Pour in the broth and give it a good stir. Start with 16oz and if you like a wetter stuffing, add up to 16oz more.Ā
*If stuffing the turkey, wait until right before putting the turkey in the oven to mix the wet and dry ingredients.
