I LOVE these seeds! I travel a lot and they are the perfect, clean, well-rounded (macro-nutrient-wise) snack to replace nuts; they have a lot less fat than peanuts (36% less) and a little more protein. I also love their earthy taste, almost like fresh clean grass at first, and then just like nuts. I usually eat the plain ones, but have tried the spicy ones (only chili pepper is added, nothing unhealthy), and they have a little pleasant kick without any of the typical processed-food flavorings/additives meant to cheat our palate. The little snack packs are perfect for tucking into your coat or bag on the go. I've traveled all over Europe with these, and also just grab some for a long hike at home. I'm so glad to have found these (actually saw them originally on Shark Tank)!

They tasted rancid. I didnt see date on package. So not sure if that’s what they taste like or out of date. I only ate part of 1 pack

I love the Inca seeds! They are tasty and fuel me for a long time! I also love the seed butter and hope that becomes available soon. I have nut allergies and enjoy having this selection as a nutritional option.
No salty taste. Fast delivery. My new nut / seed of choice, because if it’s omega 3 and protein content. I eat them as a snack, make my own nut / seed butter for baking. I’ve shared them with friends.

The taste is excellent, the quantity is small, the price is high. But it's a lot better for you than peanuts. It took a long time to get mine in the mail. Because it tastes so good and it's better for you than peanuts I guess I'll keep getting some every month, at least a little.
Have the right touch of spicy heat and a very satisfying crunch. Make a great snack.
I love being able to buy the bulk bag! I don't find the salt to be noticeable at all, but it's easy enough to add my own to taste....
